Harry Mitterbauer
B.S., NASM-PES, CES,CPT
Mr. Mitterbauer has always been an athlete and a fitness aficionado. He competed in the international Alpine Ski Circuit and played soccer on various Austrian teams. Working with various athletes to improve performance, he obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Human Movement Science. Mr. Mitterbauer continued with post-graduate studies at the National Academy of Sports Medicine, one of the most respected institutions in the fitness industry, receiving Performance Enhancement Specialist (PES) and Corrective Exercise Specialist (CES) degrees.

Vincent Shelehov
With over 20 years of training and experience in the martial arts and sports performance, Mr Shelehov has developed an approach to the martial arts and training that incorporates extensive knowledge and appreciation for correct body mechanics. He uses all aspects of sports performance and enhancement to help individuals achieve full expression of themselves as martial artists.
In addition to training and certification in various arts, including - Karate, Aikido, Escrima, Boxing, Muay Thai, Catch Wrestling, Japanese and European weapon systems, he has competed in collegiate fencing, and been a competitive road cyclist.
Mr Shelehov offers instruction and training in more traditional martial arts and self defense as well as the more sport oriented MMA.

Gaelon Swift
I am a graduate of the Massage School of Santa Monica. My focus is on
muscle relaxation, sports and other injuries, stress management,
relieving those “knots in your back”, detoxifying the body, lowering
the heart rate, and overall wellness of ones body. Using techniques
such as swedish massage, acupressure, deep swedish, deep tissue, aroma
therapy, sports massage and other techniques, I am able to custom
tailor a massage for your body and its needs.
